Senior Sales Manager - Construction Business (8-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility of motivating the Core Leaders to recruit, develop and retain the new Associates in their respective teams.
- Enable the Sales Team with relevant product and pricing information through effective participation in their meetings.
- Periodically review/ update the Sales Team on their progress/ status of Network improvement,through relevant reports and dashboards.
- Self-motivated and constantly outperform on the given targets
- Should be abreast with the current developments in the Industry and knowledge about ongoing and new projects in the territory.
- Constantly keep an eye on the competition activities, gather market intelligence and suggest suitable strategies to outperform the competition.
- Independently manage all the aspects Branch Office operations
- Constantly strive to reduce the Turnaround time of - Booking to sales closure- and - Project Closure- as well, through continuous interaction with the Associates/ Agents.
Qualification, Age; Experience :
- Any Graduate with relevant experience in network marketing, direct sales companies. MBA in Marketing would be added advantage.
- Age between 35-45 years
- Should have at least 8+ years- experience as Branch Manager in the Network Marketing domain.
- Salary commensurate with experience and industry norms, but not a constraint to the deserved candidates.
