Senior Sales Manager - BFSI (3-7 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Manager for BFSI Sales you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the agency channel. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
