Job Title : Senior Sales Manager

Job location : Nehru Place

Annual CTC : 4.8 Lakhs-5.5 Lakhs (Negotiable as per experience)

Job type : Full time/permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Identify incremental and emerging business opportunities.

2) Attending potential client meetings.

3) Informing potential clients about the company's Financial products/services and special offers.

4) Recruitment and training of new joiners.

5) Building client relationship through excellent service.

6) Responding to clients concern, grievance and ideas in a timely manner.

7) Ensuring sales target are met and exceed (if possible).

Qualification required :

1) Should have relevant professional experience

2) Minimum 3 years' experience of working at a high level within a sales and marketing function.

3) Should have successfully managed the sales team preferably from the financial industry.

4) Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and fellow team mates.
