Senior Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented leader to guide and grow our Life Insurance sales team. This position is focused on developing a robust sales network, boosting revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Identify new business prospects and establish lasting client relationships.
- Provide regular coaching and performance assessments for the sales team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates with 2-5 years of sales experience (BFSI industry experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.

- Salary: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 annually
