In this role, you will:
- Empower a Winning Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of financial advisors, providing them with the tools and support to thrive in a competitive market.
- Maximize Lead Conversion: Diligently follow up on all generated leads, ensuring that each potential customer receives personalized attention and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Champion Our Products: Conduct engaging presentations and meetings with potential clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our financial products and tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Be a driving force in expanding our market presence and exceeding sales objectives through strategic planning and the implementation of innovative sales initiatives.
Do you have what it takes?
- Graduation is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in sales and marketing within industries such as (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durables, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer/Broker networks, Education, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, or Product Marketing.)
- Candidates residing locally will be given preference.
