Senior Sales Manager - Bank (1-6 yrs)
Current Company - The candidate should be from Nbfc (Non-banking finance company) or Dsa (Direct Sailing Agency).
Location - Candidate should be from base location only ( He/she should have good knowledge of the local market)
Skills - The candidate should have knowledge about LAP (Loan against property). He should be from B2B Sales only because he'll be dealing with the DSA. Please ask about all the points that are mentioned in the tracker as well.
Experience - Candidate must have 1+ year relevant experience for Sales Manager & 2+ years relevant experience for Sr. Sales Manager
Age - The candidate should not be more than 36 years old.
Rounds of Interviews - 2 Virtual
2 quarter (6 months) incentive value - The amount of incentive they have earned in the last 6 month or monthly.
Candidate Location - Candidates with base locations are preferred since they might have good knowledge of the market.
ROI - The rate of interest in the current company's loans that they are providing.
Ticket size - The minimum and maximum value of the loan amount they are offering now (For example, 5 lakhs to 2 crores) and it should be 5L to 1Cr for Sales Manager & 20L to 5Cr for Sr. Sales manager
Monthly target - The monthly revenue target of the candidate that has been decided by their manager.
Achievement - The amount they have achieved from their target.
