Senior Sales Manager - B2B Vertical - FinTech (7-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Come up with an effective account-wise strategy to manage the assigned accounts.
2. Should be able to perform hunting activity to win new accounts.
3. Retention and Growth of the business from assigned key accounts at a healthy rate by identifying new opportunities.
4. Play key interface role between the Customer and all relevant division/functions. Plan for reaching overall business targets, collection targets & ensure no NPA/Zero bad debts.
5. Manage conflict and come up with effective resolutions as per the defined timelines.
6. Develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts and update the information.
7. Develop a keen sense of market intelligence and keep the concerned departments/Head office appraised of the developments.
8. Conduct quarterly review with all Key accounts & ensure smooth operations.
9. Manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies and ensure adherence to complaint handling process & resolving all the complaints as per defined timeline.
10. Collect enquiries and submit quotations in consultation with Costing Department
11. Negotiate rates and convince the customers in consultation with the concerned internal authority.
12. Follow up and ensure that delivery is made on time and payments are collected within due dates
