Senior Sales Manager - B2B SaaS Firm (4-8 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
Achieve Revenue and Market Share Targets :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management :
- Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning :
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Strong Sales Manager Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ YOE in B2B Sales
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have recent 2+ YOE in a Good B2B SaaS Company
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have Experience in B2B Sales for Manufacturing, Logistics or Transportation Industry
- Mandatory (Company) - Good B2B SAAS Company
- Preferred (Education) - MBA from a Tier 1 College
