Senior Sales Manager - Apparel (4-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced- Senior- Salesperson to join our team at The Royaleum. As a- Senior- Salesperson, He/she will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving- sales, and maintaining the brand's image in our luxury fashion clothing store. The ideal- candidate- will have a proven track record in luxury retail- sales- and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Provide personalized customer service to clients in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring a luxury shopping experience. Providing personalized styling advice and product recommendation.
- Meet and exceed- sales- targets through proactive- selling- techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the- sales- team and management to implement new ideas for- sales- strategies, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson in luxury fashion retail, with a minimum of 4-5 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong- sales- acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
