Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
- The SSM will work closely with the executive team to achieve the company's sales objectives and expand our market presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Minimum of 15 + years of experience in relevant field of Alloys, Furious Metals
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
