Senior Sales Manager (6-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Sales Origination :
- Execute overall BD strategy by leveraging the solution offering, customer value proposition to target potential customers
- Execute sales strategy for key & core accounts
- Undertake sales account planning based on market information and existing client data
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads
- Support and lead bid process where required, including bid writing, finalization of commercials, customer negotiation, proposal submission and contract finalization 45% - Number of sales leads generated
- Penetration of key customer segments/type of accounts
- Sales Conversion Ratio
Sales Performance Management :
- Direct own efforts to ensure new sales targets in terms of volume and revenues are met
- Provide input to hub field sales manager to improve sales efficiency/ productivity
- Adhere to defined sales processes & use appropriate sales support tools in managing day-to-day work 45% - No of new accounts
- Sales from new Accounts
Sales Reporting :
- Track/monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis
- Participate in periodic sales reviews to with leadership team to highlight issues, discuss resolution options and seek decisions on key issues
- Complete relevant documents and submit required reports to leadership in a timely manner 10%
