Senior Sales Manager (5-10 yrs)
Job Duties
- Responsible for sales planning and funnel management.
- Plan and execute actions to acquire customers. Activities involved will be understanding customer requirement and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers by proposing optimized solutions.
- Ability to understand organization structure of medium/ large accounts/customers.
- Ability to assess customer Documentation Needs and workflows.
- Retaining canon existing accounts and generating new accounts/customers
- Ability to generate prospects through cold calling as well as generating repeat business from existing Accounts.
- Ability to understand organization structure of medium/ large accounts/customers.

- Maximize business results/share and profit with cross-selling and up-selling.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Major Key Clients and company.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints.
- In depth understanding of Company's key clients and their position in the industry and expansion plans.
- Able to analyze the data and sales statistics and translate inference/results in to business or better solution ideas.
