Responsibilities :
- Timely assessment of manual claims based on service level agreements or business units.
- Gather resources and information needed to complete all tasks within business hours.
- Communicating with the Providers/Adjuster to understand their requirement and meet their needs.
- Assist leadership team with activities and assignment changes.
- Read the incoming documents, comprehend them, and take action accordingly.

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
