Roles and Responsibilities :
- Find and develop consultants of the highest caliber.
- Determine the agents' training needs and work with trainers to improve skills
- By using efficient management, you can guarantee consistent sales performance.
- To increase output and retention, track and improve agent skills.
- To reach revenue targets, direct sales processes.
- Monitoring and follow-up processes in place to increase adviser sales.
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year in field sales.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates with 10+2+3 degrees or graduates.
- Residing locally, and open to frontline sales.
