Senior Sales Leader - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the life insurance sales process, guiding agents, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting agents to convert leads into clients. Reporting to senior management, you will track sales progress, develop strategies, and build strong partnerships with agency partners to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of sales agents.
- Assist agents in converting leads to clients and driving the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
