Senior Sales Leader - Freight Forwarding (12-18 yrs)
Candidates should be having Sales experience in in freight forwarding Industry only
Key Objectives:
- Logistics/Freight forwarding Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Customer Engagement & Operations Support, EBITA & P&L Management
- Establishing large volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty
- Managing Broad-based expertise in Sales Administration, Leadership, Strategic Guidance to Management &
- Development of Leaders in sales, customer acquisition from SMEs & Enterprise, channel management, P&L based entity, planning & execution with market intelligence
Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for :
1. A highly motivated, Focused, and confident Sales and P&L head with exceptional managing and organizational skills.
2. Having extensive experience of identifying the needs of various customers and of running and delivering sales and marketing campaigns for key clients. Possessing a significant record of achievement in on boarding corporate and SME customers and people management and able to quickly understand the mission, vision, and values of an organization.
3. Must be ready for new and challenging managerial position, one which will make best use of his / her existing skills, knowledge, and experience, professional and personal development
4. Expertise in People Management, Business development, Complex negotiation, New account development, Sales & Account administration, Closing strategies, Client retention, Deep Selling,Objection handling, Market research etc.
5. Identifying opportunities with market know-how/ meeting new customers to broaden the opportunity list and developing new customer
6. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term growth
7. Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials
8. Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
9. Go to Market (GTM) Experience is must Desired Attributes

Qualifications:
Experience, Education and Licensure
- 12-15+ years of Sales experience in in freight forwarding Industry
- Bachelors / Master's Degree from a Recognized university is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Logistics operation knowledge (ocean/air freight)
- Knowledge on International Trade, Import operations and Indian Customs Law.
Language Skills:
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from sales and customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to higher managements
