Senior Sales Executive - Water Heater & Water Treatment (3-6 yrs)
We have job opportunity for the position of Sr. Sales Executive with one of the leading MNC in Ludhiana.
Industry: FMCD
Qualification: B.E/B.Sc and MBA(Marketing)
Experience: 3-6 Years
Key skills: Channel Management, Sales Operation & Management, Key Account Management, Business strategy & development, Model wise sales forecasting, Competition analysis, Project sales etc.
NOTE: Candidates from FMCD industry required.
Job Responsibility -
1. Meeting the Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan for Water Heater & Water Treatment category.
2. Responsible for market share goals for the territory for Water Heater & Water Treatment category.
3. Responsible for aggressive channel expansion and development for Water Heater & Water Treatment category.
4. Responsible for Channel deliverables, P & L and market share goals set out for the territory.
5. Implementation of field marketing activities in the designated area.
6. Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies
7. Leading and grooming the team of distributor sales person & the team of sales trainee.
8. Keeping track of competition and provide critical inputs to the division on market happenings.
9.Area Sales Manager oversees and responsible for day to day coaching and providing leadership to the field staff.
10. Analyse sales statistics gathered from market to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
11. Monitor customer requirements and response.
