Senior Sales Executive - Travel Package (3-5 yrs)

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the Mumbai region.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services.

7. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Manage the sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics to management.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact sales activities.

10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of the Mumbai market dynamics, including key industries, competitors, and customer segments.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region as required.
