Senior Sales Executive - Renewable Energy Sector (4-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Drive and oversee the entire sales process, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Proactively arrange and conduct online and offline meetings with key decision-makers.
- Strategically build and maintain a robust lead funnel from the database, consistently achieving deal closures.
- Maintain impeccable standards of 100% adherence to Sales Tracker/CRM hygiene.

- Proven ability to build strong rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Employ sophisticated consultative techniques, including meticulous pre-call planning and effective questioning.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends.
- Identify key decision-makers among outbound leads to initiate and streamline the sales process.
- Successfully manage multiple calls and meetings simultaneously, exhibiting acute attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills, providing a valuable advantage in sales analysis and forecasting.
- Outstanding listening, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence and perseverance as a risk-taker, thriving in a high-performance, high-growth environment.

Requirements :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient understanding of social media and its application for business development.
Qualifications :
- B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics background.
Experience :
- 4-5 years of proven work experience in Sales, with a strong focus on the Renewable Energy Sector.
Work Schedule :
- 6 days working in a startup environment
