Position - Sr. Sales Executive
Location - Gurugram
Experience - 2 to 5 years
Education - Graduate (minimum)
Compensation - In-line with experience & current salary drawn
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in B2C sales is a MUST (B2B sales experience is desirable but not mandatory)
- Industry Experience of Insurance, Finance (Mutual Funds), Real Estate, Logistics, Telecom (while we are open to other industries as well, but are bent towards candidates from the above specified industries)
- Account Management experience of end-to-end management from sales to sales fulfillment - ensuring a happy customer
- Strong client relationship management experience - knowing the art of creating a long-lasting impression on the client which must translate into repeat business & references
- Aggressive in Sales, target-oriented, go-getter attitude
- Coordination with Operations team and Vendors to ensure a great customer experience
- Comfortable with tele-sales & field-sales both - tele-sales experience of minimum 1 year in a B2C business environment
- Good communication skills - speak, read & write English & Hindi both
- Comfortable with change & adaptive in nature
- Open to working on weekends (6 days working week with a weekly off)
