Experience : 2-6 years

Qualification : Any Graduate/Management Graduates

Industry : Business Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, Service Industry

Reports to : AVP Sales

Salary : Competitive - Fixed + Variable

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Partnership Management :

- Responsible for driving telephonic & and in-person sales - inbound and outbound

- Interact with potential members to onboard them successfully

- Sell company products and services as per the guidelines

- Agreement creation and other related paperwork

- Negotiate and close deals

- Interact with potential partners and other associations for brand awareness and lead generation

- Constant upgradation of information to know about trends in workspaces and the industry

- Develop location-specific packages and promotions as required.

- Suggest innovative methods and means to generate revenue.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Manage all customer requests and queries for optimal service delivery

- Manage and assist members through their growth and extensions for long-term relationships.

- Customer interactions to understand and enhance the current scope of service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Expertise in Sales and Negotiation skills

- Proficiency/experience in Customer Management

- Interpersonal Skills

- Vibrant personality - Outgoing and Vivacious

- Positive attitude

- Quick learning ability

- Great communication skills

- Need to be able to Multitask, analyze and solve problems

- Knowledge with MS office & experience in any other software or application.
