Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing real estate sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the real estate market.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Sales Operations :
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
