Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
As sales person you will be part of the Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) team that tracks real estate trends and advice clients with market beats and insights. The team support other businesses of Krystal group with data, insights and contribute towards the thought leaderships, media release and branding of the firm. You will be reporting directly to the Director KAS (or as decided by the management), and will be responsible for tracking of Mumbai residential and retail markets.
- Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Team work :
- Your responsibilities would be collecting data from various primary sources like visiting developer's office, project sites and interacting with internal business lines.
- Preparing excel data, participating in forecast discussion and writing market reports for Mumbai are other key responsibilities in this role.
- You will work closely with the support from Central team for various submissions.
Research and Analytics :
- You will provide client research including market trends, key themes and reasoning for any changes in market. You should have great hand in excel and writing reports.
Client and Competitor Intelligence :
- You will maintain our Mumbai REIS database and ensure it is kept up to date.
Meticulous :
- You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem solving skills.
- Possess the ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
