Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
1) Sell residential properties in Ahmedabad market
2) Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential
segment in the zone/territory
3) Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
4) Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
5) Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms
6) Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best
7) Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
8) Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
9) Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
10) Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
11) Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector
12) Someone who is flexible to travel frequently
13) Well verse with Ahmedabad geography.
