Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To handle sales of residential projects, explain and show the projects to Customers, give presentations to Customers,
2. Develop Channel Partners network, maintain relationship with them to promote sales
3. Ensure that the Sales team are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
5. Implement all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively to achieves all sales objectives.
6. Monitor the performance of the sales team and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
8. To tele-call from database perspective Brokers, Potential clients for site visit and sales.
9. To track and follow-up prospective Customers, to assist in documentation process, maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects
10. Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best
11. To perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis.
12. Ensure MIS and other reports are maintained and shared with the Site Head
