Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our products.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the powder coating or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of powder coating processes and equipment.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Making and reporting weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports
