Senior Sales Executive - Mobile Phone Business (3-4 yrs)

Location : Bengaluru
Experience : Minimum 3 years in the mobile phone industry

No. of openings : 2, Preferred Male candidates
CTC : 6 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our refurbished mobile phones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices and enhancing team performance.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the mobile phone industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the mobile phone market, including trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel out station as needed.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
