Senior Sales Executive - Jewellery (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Attend customers/direct walk-ins at the site, answer their queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Should know the complete project details, location parameters to present to the customer.
3. Must achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, as set by the department, for the site.
4. Must be willing to work, as supervised by the sales head.
5. Respond to customers and follow-up on sales enquiries using the appropriate method.
6. Proper handover to the post sales department with required documentation and knowledge transfer.
7. Reporting & system update
Essential Requirements :
1. Should speak Kannada, English and Hindi
2. Should be willing to work from the site 4 days a week and on the weekend with 1 day (Tue/Wed) as week- off
3. Should be willing to travel on your own
Skills Needed : Presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building skills, punctuality, self-starter, multi-tasking

Compensation and Benefits Offered :
1. A base pay of 3.5LPA (fixed) + monthly incentives + one-time annual incentive payment (total can go up to 12LPA for high performers)
2. Fuel reimbursement of INR 3 per km for any travel requirements.
