Senior Sales Executive - IT Hardware (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling hardware products, such as computer systems, peripherals, and networking equipment, to businesses. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right hardware solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and individual customers, to generate leads and expand the customer base.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

- Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits effectively.

- Collaborate with the sales team and product specialists to create tailored hardware and networking solutions based on customer requirements.

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements, aiming to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and the customer.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue and profitability goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hardware sales, preferably in the IT industry or related field.

- Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Customer-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales pipeline effectively.

- Bachelor& degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Job Location :- Andheri (East), Mumbai

Salary :- Upto 50k Per Month
