Job Description :
- We have an opportunity for a senior sales professional whose main responsibilities will be managing the Passkey relationships at the property level in addition to some corporate Director and VP-level relationships with our hotel chain and management company partners. The role entails identifying business development opportunities with these partners.
- You will carry a new-booked business and renewal quota. This will be required demonstrating solution-selling and total account management skills, while effectively working with the other Account Owners representing other products on these accounts.
The goal :
- To grow overall partnerships and increase Passkeys market share of clients' organizational spend. Passkey provides hotels with the ability to gain a competitive advantage while also increasing RevPAR and overall efficiency.
- We are looking for experienced, collaborative and creative sellers to help expand Passkeys value to the hospitality industry.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Develop current relationships and identify new contacts in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations.
- Put together and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts, including new partners, and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.
- Travel up to 30% to represent at major tradeshows and hotel sales conferences, host product seminars or attend client meetings.
- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities.
- Exceed established new business revenue and renewal targets for advertising-based and software sales by closing new business and managing current accounts.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on findings.
- Navigate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and initiatives within Key Accounts.
- Work with property-level sales teams as well as other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, share feedback, and customize collateral and sales positioning.
- Collaborate with other Sales Associates that represent other products to these accounts.
- Assist with renewals as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need for this Position :
- Bachelors degree, ideally with strong academic credentials.
- 3-5 years of experience selling to and/or managing hotel accounts.
- Familiarity with a high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environment.
- Knowledge of hotel group operations and related tools such as Passkey, Delphi, or Opera or a chain PMS/CRS required.
- Ability to ask questions and build a business case.
- Infectious passion about the benefits of technology and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Effective at integrating knowledge from prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
1. Mandatory :
- Should have at least 2 to 3 years of Direct Sales experience. (Responsibilities include Direct Sales which involves Qualifying & Closing deals)
2. Can look at Inside Sales profiles, however should have experience in closing deals.
3. Look for candidates from any of the following Industry, B2B, Software, Hotel, Hospitality
4. Candidates who have experience in Selling (any) Software to the Hotel/Hospitality Industry would be the ideal fits, else we can look at B2B Software Sales Profiles.
5. Geographies, Will be handling the IMEA / APAC regions.
6. Can source for candidates based anywhere in India, however willing to relocate to Gurugram.
7. Will be reporting to the Sales Manager based in India.
