Senior Sales Executive - IT (2-4 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities :
Overall Primary Responsibilities :
1. Achieve the international growth and profit targets
2. Work with Marketing team to arrive at strategies that suit own plans
3. Work with COE Managers and Support Leads while utilizing their teams- capacity
4. Compliance with Organizational procedures and standards
5. Work towards set out management strategies
Sales :
1. Create International Sales Strategy: Devise and execute a plan and prioritize sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, including profitability and sales targets;
2. Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, new business, sales, marketing and other matters related to profitable new revenue generation from International geographies
3. Channel Sales development;
4. Initiate and Close - Big deals- ;
5. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, and Project Estimation) to add value to potential and existing International clients by effectively aligning their goals with Mayflower's language solution offerings;
6. Provide feedback to the business in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and ultimate client satisfaction;
7. Represent Mayflower at all times in a manner befitting the vales and ethos of a respected,global professional services organization;
8. Provide innovative solutions for managing the global customer experience
