Job Summary:
We require dynamic, result-oriented IT Sales Executive with a strong background in IT Solution Selling. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully selling IT Solutions to Corporate Customers. Should possess excellent communication skills & negotiation skills. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand Customer's IT infrastructure Landscape, their requirements & pain areas.
- Handle Customer Presentations with accurate content highlighting key Business Benefits in going with New Era.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Respond to customer queries promptly; provide accurate product information & timely Techno-Commercial Quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and all Business Terms, with an aim to maximize profitability without any sacrifice on "customer satisfaction"
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to reporting manager and to Senior Management in defined frequency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT Industry Trends, technologies.
- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors to acquire new customers.
Educational Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Solutions - HCI, Virtualization, Servers, storage -appliances, networking equipment. And, 'Cloud Services'.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers & OEM reps.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development; possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
