Senior Sales Executive - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
- Explore the market and generate business
- Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
- Execution of sales strategies.
- Arrange sales meeting with clients and close call
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
Candidate profile :
- Qualification: Graduation Compulsory
- Experience : Min 3-5 years of experience in Sales Field Work
- CTC : Up to 4:00 LPA + Incentives
- Candidate must be local of same city
