Senior Sales Executive - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop the business plan objectives for assigned Division
- Business development responsibility
- Obtains pertinent underwriting information from prospects
- Developing the team in terms of product & sales knowledge so that they are able to push insurance sales in branches
- Provides support for regulatory supervision of newly licensed advisors
- Guide a team of direct sales representatives to achieve sales goal
- Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across client portfolio
- Assist Sales Agents with outbound sales calls to clients to further discuss our services and products
- Work independently to drive new business by generating and closing on sales opportunities
- Develop high quality customer to generate insurance quotes
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years sales & Marketing experience preferred
- We required min. 2+ years of exp.. in BFSI Sector
- Must be graduated
- Previous field sales experience is a plus
