Senior Sales Executive - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of the Life Insurance products. The executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the set targets
- Conduct product presentations and educate customers about the features and benefits of the insurance products
- Process insurance applications and ensure timely delivery of insurance policies to customers
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Provide regular reports on sales activity to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, field sales preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
