Senior Sales Executive - Hotel (3-5 yrs)
- Have clear understanding of the hotels business strategies; then set goals and determine action plans to meet goals.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Responsible for contracting with Corporate and Travel Agent for the hotel & restaurant sales.
- Conduct daily sales calls, establish communication, and develop professional long term business relationships with customers/ clients.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all time.
- Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Participate in key industry events that bring national and local exposure.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels.
- Coordinate & communicate with sales and other operating departments of the hotel to assure awareness of booking and sales programs.
- Preparing daily/ monthly sales report, other reports as required by the Management.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Must be a skilled leader, have strong organizational skills, and have thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations.
