Senior Sales Executive - Healthcare (2-4 yrs)
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Surat
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Purpose: A Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies within a designated geographic region. The primary focus is on overseeing and managing the sales activities and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy :
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the region.
Team Management :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives within the region.
- Set sales targets for the team and provide coaching and guidance for goal achievement.
Territory Analysis:
- Analyze the region to identify potential market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive threats.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the region.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication to understand customer needs and address concerns.
Sales Forecasting:
- Create sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
- Track sales performance and report progress to senior management.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's products or services.
- Effectively communicate the value of products to customers.
Sales Training:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
Performance Evaluation:
- Assess the performance of sales representatives through regular reviews and evaluations.
- Provide feedback and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Sales Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Expansion:
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the region.
- Explore opening new sales channels or entering new markets.
Compliance:
- Ensure the sales team adheres to all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Outstanding supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a -plus).
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
