Role description :
- Making Business Plan for the territory (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly & Weekly)
- Distributor, Team & Top retailer wise target planning.
- Distribution Management & Team Handling
- Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales head
- Mapping, covering new area and build sales network to increasing the sales volume
- Monitoring and reporting of daily activities of sales staff
- Micro management, Communication, Team motivation,
- On the job training for sales team
- Monitoring competitor's activities and reporting to seniors.
- Geographical knowledge of the territory
- Smooth running of company policies and programs.
- Successful implementation of new initiatives by the organization
Responsibilities :
- Make regular market visits to Distributors & retail network to monitor and review placement of brand
- Achieving primary and secondary targets for the territory
- Focus Product Achievement & Monthly Unique outlet billing
- Loyalty Outlet enrollment and Billing & New Outlet addition
- Conducting monthly review of all team members in the territory, Giving proper feedback, training & guidance
- Maintain the growth rate of territory as per company standard or as per industry standard.
- New product launch and promotional activities.
- Maintain and share periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) sales reports to upper management
