Senior Sales Executive - FMCG (6-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in the FMCG sector.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Channel Sales Management:
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets to drive sales.
Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Channel Sales: Experience in managing distributor and retailer relationships.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Education: Any graduation (regular).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FMCG brands and knowledge of local market dynamics in Kakinada.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
