Job Summary :
- Handling enquiries, explaining course and industry information, convincing candidate for registration, completing the registration process.
- Handling candidate grievances and queries
- Working towards Batch target, monthly target and revenue target
- Daily update on lead management in CRM (Zoho)
- Building rapport with Alumni's for referrals, Course completion and placements
- Timely reports
Skills :
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
