Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for eCommerce services.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.
Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential clients in need of eCommerce services, including platform development, digital marketing, and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions and their benefits.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Account Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored eCommerce solutions.
Market Analysis :
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the eCommerce sector.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies
Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials for eCommerce services.
- Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of eCommerce solutions.
Reporting & Forecasting :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Networking :
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential partners.
