Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Jewellery Sales Executive to be the face of our brand in HSR Bangalore. You will engage customers with your charm, product knowledge, and sales expertise to provide an unparalleled shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Ensuring a memorable experience & personal relationship is key in luxury business. You will greet and assist customers in selecting their desired jewellery. You will observe their preferences, design choices and give them the right advice. You will be their dedicated relationship manager throughout their journey and excel in selling our beautiful products.
- Product Knowledge & Learning : You will learn and develop in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and reasoning behind every product from the brand. You will keep yourself updated with necessary tech and work towards improving yourself and ensuring the wellbeing of the brand.
- Stock Management: You will assist with daily stock counting and tallying, recording both opening and closing stock.
- Visual Merchandising: You will maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organized according to the theme, campaign. Make sure the store is visually appealing and highlight our products.
- Team Collaboration: You will actively engage and give feedback on designs and customer opinions to improve the brand. you will work closely with the team to support events, campaigns, and new initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of Prior Experience in jewellery industry is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual with fluent English & Kannada, optionally Hindi & Telugu
- Keen observation skills & detail oriented nature
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
