Senior Sales Executive - Consumer Care/Personal Care (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Sr. Sales Executive with a strong background in the Consumer Care/Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on general trade, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with retailers, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive market share growth in the general trade segment.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to ensure product visibility and availability.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

- Sales Execution: Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote and sell products.

- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
