Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Manager - HealthTech (3-6 yrs)
A Health-tech startup (SeriesA) is looking for a high performing business development executive who love to sell and can manage international (Africa, UAE and Southeast Asia) and domestic clients. We are pioneering research & development of deep learning-based AI algorithms for diagnostic radiology. Our product portfolio includes software for Cloud PACS, smart radiology workflow, AI for X-Ray and MRI Spine.
Job Description:
- Concurrently move multiple B2B clients through sequential stages of sales process - Responsible for prospecting, data gathering, benefits comparison, product demonstration, proposal & negotiation and close sale
- Write proposals, gain appropriate approvals, and present approved proposals to prospective clients
- Achieve the sales target for software products & teleradiology services in defined domestic & international geographies - Develop & maintain long-term relationships & upsell to key accounts
- Building new channels for sales & customer engagement - Assure best contract fulfilment & excellent customer service
- Serve as contact point for customer & internal team
- Prepare marketing material and executing campaigns
Product & Client Profile :
- Client Profile: Diagnostic centres, hospitals & other teleradiology companies globally
- Engagement level: Top managerial positions & radiologists -
Products & Services :
- PACS, workflow tools for diagnostic setups
AI tools for medical imaging
- Teleradiology services (remote radiology reporting) Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior health-tech B2B start-up experience and is ready to work in the start-up culture
- Prefer international markets sales exposure
Education: BTech, B. Com & B.Sc. (Radiography); MBA/ MHA will be preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for networking & building relationships
- Personality - determined, ambitious, self-motivated and target oriented
- Candidates with proven inbound & outbound sales record will be preferred
- Candidates comfortable with international working hours will be preferred
- Job Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and UP
