Senior Sales Executive - Building Material (2-5 yrs)

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing the prospective clients and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling client's complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have to build a strong relationship with the clients. You should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You should also have outstanding customer service skills and willingness to travel with the clients as and when required.

Responsibilities:-

- Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

- Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.

- Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.

- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.

- Developing and planning various sales activities.

- Gathering and analyzing all the sales-related data.

- Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.

- Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.

- Recommending sales & awareness improvement strategies.

- Researching on competitors' products, prices, and their marketing insights.

- Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree.

- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.

- Good sales, awareness and negotiation skills.

- Ability to offer excellent customer service.

- Well known oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
