Senior Sales Executive - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term client relationships within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to implement sales strategies and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Age Criteria 22 to 40.
