Senior Sales Executive - B2B Vertical - IT (3-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in generating leads, driving pipeline growth, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- This role requires strong communication, research, and analytical skills to drive high-quality leads and ensure a robust sales funnel.
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and webinars).
- Generate qualified leads by reaching decision-makers across target industries.
- Qualify leads through structured outreach and ensure accurate handover to the sales team.
- Execute email campaigns, cold calls, and follow-ups to engage prospects effectively.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales backend operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Exposure to industries like IT services, or consulting
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, clodura AI or other lead databases
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Experience with email marketing tools, lead databases, and research platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
KPIs:
- Number of leads generated per week/month
- Conversion rate from leads to qualified opportunities
- Response rate for outreach campaigns
- Pipeline contribution and revenue impact
- Accuracy and consistency of CRM data
