Job Title: Sales Personnel - Auto Spare Parts

Location: Delhi NCR

Department: Sales

Objective:

To drive the onboarding and engagement of mechanics in the Delhi NCR region, ensuring they are well-trained in using the company's app, understand the benefits of purchasing from the company, and foster a strong relationship between the mechanics and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mechanic Outreach and Onboarding:

- Identify potential mechanics in the Delhi NCR region.

- Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of the company's platform.

- Successfully onboard mechanics onto the company's app.

2. Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for mechanics on how to use the app effectively.

- Provide continuous support to mechanics, addressing any queries or issues they might have.

3. Sales and Promotion:

- Educate mechanics about the various auto spare parts available, their suppliers (OEMs and OESs), and their pricing.

- Promote the benefits of purchasing from the company, including quality assurance, competitive pricing, and efficient delivery.

4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with on boarded mechanics.

- Organize regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand their needs and concerns.

5. Market Analysis:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the auto spare parts market in Delhi NCR.

- Understand the competitive landscape and devise strategies to stay ahead.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

- Provide insights based on feedback from mechanics and market analysis.
