Job Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be required to generate revenue for the OOH advertising, contact clients by calls, meet the clients face-to-face, generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate the pricing and close the sale deals. We are looking for a very confident, bold, energetic person who is passionate about sales and is from sales background preferably from the from OOH Advertising company, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising sales background.
Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Actively seek out new sales opportunities for Out-Of-Home (OOH) Advertising platforms like Billboards, Stadiums, Petrol Bunks, Bus Panels, Mall Kiosks, Lamp Post Kiosk, including transit advertising on buses, trucks, taxis etc
02) Contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and face to face contact meetings
03) Generate leads through contacts, internet, and social media or through references
04) Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements/wishes & concerns and provide proper and relevant information, guidance and support to the clients
05) Research client needs and explain the benefits of buying advertising spaces, and respond to any objections
06) Manage and enhance relationship with the existing clients to ensure their advertising requirements are met as per agreed terms and ensure a positive and ongoing relationship
07) Act as a bridge between the clients and the production team to ensure and arrange the placement and design of advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
08) Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences, meeting potential and existing clients
09) Prepare sales and marketing plan, quotations, proposals, budget and closure reports and deliver appropriate presentations about the advertising services to the client
09) Maintain and keep record of sales data, clients, contacts, leads and deals
10) Prepare various reports and present them to the management
11) Work to maximize sales and meet targets
12) Analyze the competition brand closely
13) Forecast the sales trends
Required Skills/Desired Experience :
01) Candidate must be a graduate
02) Candidate must have around 3 to 6 years experience in sales preferably from the OOH Advertising company, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising sales
03) Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 to 15 days would be preferred
04) We are open for both female & male candidates
05) Candidate must have their own 2-wheeler to travel for meetings
06) Should have an interest & passion in advertising sales
07) Exceptional communication, convincing, listening and presentation skills
08) Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on Solution derived Customer Service
09) Own responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and sales targets
10) Candidate should be smart, presentable and with a good sense of dressing professionally
