- Complete Owning up of Business for Orissa Region
- Help with Opportunity Analysis and Pipe Line Strength - Sales Collaterals addressing customer Pain Chains
- Customer Satisfaction
Scope Data
The person would be responsible for Business In Orissa which would also include but not limited to :
Complete Owning up of Business for Orissa Region
- Responsible for Booking, Sales, Collections, Service
- Do Business the correct way - ethical business
- Competitive Analysis and formulate strategies
- Help all divisions to grow
- Co-ordination with other regions in case of cross regional projects
- Bring visibility & Focus on Wireless
- Innovating the Utilization of New Products into the Solutions
Help with Opportunity Analysis and Pipe Line Strength :
- Do Opportunity Analysis based on current opportunity list
- Compare Opportunities available and Pipe Line Strength with reference to weekly/ monthly/ quarterly Bookings forecast
- Analyze Wins for replication opportunities and help regions find accounts for replicating the success
- White Space Analysis & colour me green
Marketing Support :
- Build and circulate success stories based on customer pain chains and documenting problems
- QBRs, Video Testimonials
- Organizing & Participation in exhibitions/trade shows - Synergize within Divisions
Customer Satisfaction :
- Support Think Customer Initiative, Customer Focus - Demo Installations
- Innovating the Utilization of New Products into the Solutions
Key Skills:
Knowledge and Skills
Technical:-
- BE/ BTech in Instrumentation
- Knowledge of Instrumentation Market with a global mindset & strong quantitative and conceptual abilities
- Protocols Overview
- Understanding of DCS, SCADA, Field Instruments, Analysers, Valves
Interpersonal Skills:-
- Strong TEAM PLAYER
- Ability to do MULTI-TASKING - Good Communication skill
- Proficient in MS-Office Tools
- Willing to Learn and Innovate on a Constant Basis - Strong Commercial Skills
